We want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

How to request a return

Email us at neywislab@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps.

Conditions

• The item must be in good condition, with all its parts and, if possible, in its original packaging.
• If your item arrived damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
